2. Delivery
- Standard shipping fee: KRW 3,000
- Free shipping: no conditional free-shipping threshold
- Average delivery time: 3–4 days after payment is completed
Delivery may be delayed depending on courier and regional circumstances, increases in order volume, weekends and public holidays.
Additional shipping fees or longer delivery times may apply to Jeju and remote island or mountainous areas.
3. Exchange and Return Period
An exchange or return may be requested within 7 days from the date the product is received.
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled from My Page > Order History.
For an exchange or return due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.
For an exchange or return arising from a product defect, misdelivery or other cause attributable to the Company, shipping costs are borne by the Company.
4. Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Restricted
In any of the following cases, an exchange or return may be restricted under applicable law.
- Where the product has been lost or damaged due to a cause attributable to the purchaser
- Where the value of the product has significantly decreased because it has been used or partly consumed
- Where the value of the product has significantly decreased because its packaging has been damaged to the extent that resale is difficult
- Where the value of the product has significantly decreased with the passage of time to the extent that resale is difficult
- Any other case in which withdrawal of subscription is restricted under applicable law
However, an exchange or return remains available where withdrawal is permitted under applicable law, such as where packaging was damaged solely to check the contents of the product.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product arrives at the Company and its condition and the reason for return are confirmed, the refund is processed in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds are, as a rule, processed through the original payment method; the actual completion date may vary depending on the payment method and the schedule of the payment service provider.
Where an entire order is cancelled before shipment, the full amount paid including the shipping fee is refunded. Shipping fees are not refunded for returns made after delivery has been completed.
6. Cancellation by Minors
A contract concluded by a minor without the consent of a legal representative may be cancelled by the minor or the legal representative.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints or disputes regarding products and services may be submitted to the customer center (070-8080-4235) or by email (theranopet@gmail.com).
Where a dispute arises between the Company and a user, it is handled by applying the Consumer Dispute Resolution Criteria under the Framework Act on Consumers; if it is not amicably resolved, the matter proceeds through dispute mediation under applicable law or through the competent court.
