Privacy Policy
Theranopet Co., Ltd. regards users’ personal information as important and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

Article 1 (Purposes of Processing)

- Product delivery and order processing
- Exchange, return and refund handling

- Prevention of misuse and service operation
- Marketing and advertising, where the user has separately consented
Article 2 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)
The Company may process the following personal information in the course of providing services.
- Member information: name, ID, password, mobile phone number, email address
- Order and delivery information: names of the orderer and recipient, mobile phone number, delivery address
- Payment information: payment method and payment-related information
- Customer support information: enquiry content and consultation records
- Information that may be generated automatically during use of the service: access logs, IP address, cookies
The personal information actually collected may vary depending on the membership registration and order/payment process.
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved.
However, where applicable law requires retention for a certain period, the information is stored securely for the period prescribed by that law.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company processes users’ personal information within the scope of the purposes for which it was collected and, except where the user consents or there is a legal basis, does not provide it to third parties.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Processing)
For the smooth provision of services, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows.

Where a trustee such as a courier company for product delivery is added or changed, it will be disclosed through this Privacy Policy. When entering into an entrustment agreement, the Company specifies in the contract the matters required by applicable law to ensure that personal information is managed safely.
Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
Personal information in electronic file form is deleted using a secure method that prevents recovery or reproduction, and personal information recorded on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights of Data Subjects)
Users may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information in accordance with applicable law.
Such requests may be submitted through the Company’s privacy contact point, and the Company will take the necessary measures in accordance with applicable law.
Personal information of children under 14 years of age is processed only with the consent of a legal representative.
Article 8 (Security Measures)
The Company implements administrative, technical and physical safeguards required by applicable law to prevent personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered or damaged.
