Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Theranopet Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of internet-related services provided through the online store (the “Mall”) operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)

The Company shall post these Terms together with its trade name, representative’s name, business address, telephone number, email address, business registration number and mail-order sales registration number on the Mall so that users can readily verify them.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and shall announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment through the Mall.

Article 3 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services.

1. Provision of product information and conclusion of purchase agreements
2. Delivery of products for which a purchase agreement has been concluded
3. Other services determined by the Company

Article 4 (Purchase and Formation of Contract)

Users may apply to purchase products in accordance with the procedures provided by the Mall.

A purchase agreement is deemed formed when the Company accepts the user’s purchase application and payment is duly completed.

Article 5 (Payment)

Users may pay for products using the payment methods provided by the Mall.

Errors arising during payment and the conditions of each payment method may be governed by the policies of the relevant payment service provider.

Article 6 (Delivery)

The standard shipping fee is KRW 3,000. No conditional free-shipping threshold applies.

The average delivery time is 3–4 days after payment is completed. Delivery may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, courier circumstances, order volume increases, natural disasters and similar causes.

Additional shipping fees or longer delivery times may apply to Jeju and remote island or mountainous areas.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription, Exchange and Return)

Users may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date the product is supplied, as provided by applicable law.

Round-trip shipping costs required for an exchange or return due to a simple change of mind shall be borne by the user.

Where an exchange or return arises from a defect, misdelivery or other cause attributable to the Company, the related shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.

Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall comply with applicable law and these Terms and shall endeavour to enable users to use the services safely.

Article 9 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not register false information, misappropriate another person’s information, infringe the rights of the Company or third parties, interfere with the normal operation of the Mall, or engage in any act in violation of applicable law.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Where a dispute arises between the Company and a user, the parties shall consult in good faith to reach an amicable resolution; if unresolved, the matter shall proceed through dispute mediation under applicable law or through the competent court.

A contract concluded by a minor without the consent of a legal representative may be cancelled by the minor or the legal representative.
